What's coming next? List of upcoming works that are beyond the planning stage

 You've read the title, so you know what this is! These are all upcoming works that are currently beyond the planning stage, meaning they're fully mapped out and ready to be written, AT MINIMUM! Some of these works are actually ALREADY in progress, with one about to be released SOON! Let's go!

Waiting for October is the seventh book in the Geekyverse series, and it's already almost finished. It is the story of three couples who are all on the verge of breaking up (or not getting together, in the case of one), and their struggles to stay together. It promises to be the most dramatic, most emotionally painful book in the Geekyverse yet!


Ruun: The Mystic Quest Volume 1 is a current work in progress. It is a Fantasy novel that serves as a return to basics for the genre, taking inspiration from the fairy tales that helped inform the early works of Fantasy. It'll have action, comedy, adventure, and it features a cast of lovable and unforgettable characters. It will be a book fit for all ages, with a younger audience in mind. You might have noticed the Volume 1 in the title; the book will, indeed, be the first of a three volume story. And yes, the other two volumes have been fully mapped out plot wise.


Alandra Whistle: Witch in Training has been on hiatus long enough; the final fifteen chapters will be written and published by year's end!


Untitled Eighth Geekyverse Book is currently in the planning stages, with both the beginning, ending, and several plot points already fully mapped out. It'll be a comedic Harem romance that'll be light on the drama. It'll also be the second book in the series to have a male main character.


The Burning Galaxy is the sequel to The Fractured Galaxy, and is the second work set in the Galaxy Trilogy. The plot's been mapped out, and the starting date for writing the story will be February 2023.

My thoughts on Grimdark

 I LOVE Fantasy, and in fact grew up with it. The Hobbit, Flight of Dragons, Peter Pan; just a few of the works I grew up with. You'd think that, when Game of Thrones was popular, I'd be all about it, right? Wrong. Truth is, even while the show was running, even while it was the talk of the town, I loathed it with an indescribable passion. Why? Because the show was grimdark, and I HATE that subgenre.
